Current recruitment processes are extremely job-centric, focusing less on the collaborative process and more on immediate contributions towards pre-existing goals. How do we promote a collaborative effort in a collegiate level to promote collaboration within a college/university.
In an attempt to open the product ideation process, make it more public and collabnorative, the design aims to become a forum in which college students are encouraged to ideate. Powered through community engagement, students submit, track, follow, or participate in any projects they can contribute in, or just to give feedback on.
The design is simple, composed of two main sections, explore and projects. EXPLORE allows you to find new projects, provide feedback, or search for a team, while PROJECTS is where your current projects are stored and where your team communicates with one another.
The result is the creation of a public forum in which users are incentivized to participate in crowd-sources ideation and feedback, and to use these processes to connect people through products and ideas.
